RV site was nice. Wonderful surroundings. So quiet except for the chirping birds which we liked. We were there for overnight would stay longer if possible. Very clean shower restrooms.

We loved our stay at River Oaks RV Park!! Site 36 was outstanding and one of several open for nonseasonal stays. Tina from the office was so helpful in answering questions on the phone. Our seasonal camping neighbors were very friendly and the views from our site can't be beat. It was the perfect location to visit Pella Iowa during the Tulip Festival and also going in to Des Moines on a day trip.

Beautiful secluded area. Hosts were very nice. Great for riding bikes and paddle boarding Curious or directions coming in. GPS gave us a C class road that was rough. Thank gos it was dry. Call campground first for accurate directions

Large campsite with full hookups & great WiFi included! We just spent a week there… A couple things to improve on..our space had lots of screws, nails & bottle tops. In addition our space needed leveling (#69)& the whole park needs spraying for mosquitoes and small animals. We have lots of mosquito bites, and our 8-year old grandson got 19 bites in a half hour! It was a beautiful place, and we will stay there again!

This is a lovely campground with lots of shade and nice large gravel pads. The grounds were immaculate and the bathhouse/community center was really nice—super clean and lots of amenities including a coffee bar. Such a nice campground overlooking the river. Also very quiet and peaceful
